Rapidly growing Fans and Ventilation manufacturer wants a new business led field sales professional, to cover the Midlands & the North of England. - THE ROLE

- As the Specification Sales Manager, you will be promoting the company's manufactured range of specialist ventilation solutions, gaining specifications and supporting 4 BDM's, who then deal with the M&E contractor. 

- Products include MVHR, Rigid duct systems, mechanical extract and extract fans, used across the residential and light commercial new build sector.

As the Specification Sales Manager, you will be covering Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Liverpool, up to the Scottish borders

- You will be gaining specifications with Mechanical and Electrical consultants and occasionally architects, on new build and on occasion renovation projects and once the specification has been gained, protecting it and working in tandem with 4 BDMs across your region, who will then track the project through with the M&E contractor and end user.

- As the Specification Sales Manager, you will be a great networker and relationship builder, growing your influence within the M&E consultancy and architectural practices. Projects will vary typically from £40k- £500k+.

- Leads will be provided, with a huge database to work from, with excellent training and support. 

- Projects typically include residential new build, student accommodation, high rise apartments and care homes.

- You will also deliver CPD seminars and lunch and learns.

- THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE;

- You must have sold a Mechanical or electrical product or service into M&E consultants and architects.

- As Specification Sales Manager, you must be new business focused with strong relationship building skills.

- Ideally located in the Midlands, although my client is flexible on location for the right individual.

- You will be looking for a long term career. Success and reward driven, as they offer superb earning potential.

- You will be a team player, who can perform in a fast paced environment. You'll be PC literate in Windows 360, Excel, Word and CRM.

- You will have a professional and organised approach and be a positive influencer with senior customer contacts.

- THE REMUNERATION;

- Basic salary of £40,000- £48,000 dependent on experience.

- Monthly, quarterly and annual commission, giving a realistic £15k-£20k+ in year 1

- Fully expensed company car, fuel card, 33 days holiday including statutory, mobile, laptop, 5% matched pension contribution.
