-THE ROLE;
- As Showroom Manager, you'll be opening this brand new store in Central Milton Keynes, which manufacturers medium to high end upvc windows and doors.
- As Showroom Manager, you will lead the showroom operations, ensuring that the team delivers an exceptional customer experience and achieves sales and margin targets.
- You'll be responsible for hiring, developing and managing the showroom sales team, where you'll combine good leadership with a consultative sales approach.
- You will oversee both showroom and home consultations, promoting the one stop supply and fit service to the general public.
- You will drive showroom footfall growth and conversion from enquiries to confirmed projects and orders.
- You will be responsible for all showroom operations including staffing, rotas, customer consultations and showroom presentation.
- As Showroom Manager you'll ensure comprehensive product and technical knowledge across the team, including an understanding of relevant building regulations, performance standards and installation requirements.
- The role will also involve measuring up at people's homes. as well as liaising with the installation team and marketing team.
- The showroom will be open Monday to Saturday, but you'll work a 5 day per week and manage the staff rota.
- THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE;
- The successful candidate will ideally have sold windows and doors, or associated home improvement products to the general public and have worked in a showroom environment.
- You'll have a proven track record of managing a sales focused showroom or retail sales team.
- You'll be proficient with CRM and Digital sales tools, Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel.
- You'll have a drivers licence as you will be visiting the customers homes to measure up.
- You'll be organised, proactive and professional with a customer-first mindset.

-THE REMUNERATION;
- £45,000- £50,000 basic salary dependent on experience.
- Bonus scheme which will be discussed at interview.
