Our long standing client is looking to recruit a Sales Office Manager, as a business they manufacture environmental and highways safety products, the product range is vast and includes everything from Street Furniture and Waste Bins to Keep Left Signs and Winter Safety Products, their customer base is huge, clients include local authorities and end users.

The Role:

  • Unique opportunity created through growth, a true change leader is required to install a proactive approach to internal sales.
  • Managing, coaching and developing an internal team of 8, the team is more customer service focused and your role is to develop and grow the proactive sales capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales outcomes through better processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to align team activity with wider business objectives.
  • Support the introduction and embedding of improved processes and best practices.
  • Encourage a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
  • Provide support in resolving performance-related challenges where required.
  • Office based in the North West, Monday to Friday.

The Candidate:

  • Must have a proven track record of developing and building an internal sales team
  • Strong understanding of performance improvement and team development.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical actions.
  • Ideally sold a product but not essential
  • Career stability
  • Strong relationship builder 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great presentation skills and experience
  • Self motivated and determined
