Our client is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of specialist Material Handling Equipment, if you are a lead from the front Field Sales Manager with a proven track record of team development looking for a new challenge with a genuine career changing employer then this could be the role for you!
The Role:
- Your team sell high quality new and used specialist materials handling equipment, the product range is huge but includes Fork Lift Trucks, Pallet Stackers, Reach Trucks and Order Pickers to name but a few.
- As the Regional Sales Manager you will be coaching, developing and mentoring a team of 8 Area Sales Managers (1 on used products and 7 on new and used products), you will be responsible for recruitment, appraisals, reviews etc
- This is a field/home based role covering Kent, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire with some parts of London also.
- Your team will sell to businesses with up to 30 vehicles in the fleet, this could range hugely from a Builders Merchants to an Industrial Estate.
- Very strong database for you and your team to develop.
- Ample leads provided for your team with huge support and back up.
- World class training.
- This is a leadership role but you will be expected to lead from the front and attend dual calls and do lots of shadowing with your team.
- You must be happy being a hands on Field Sales Manager
- This is a multimillion pound turn over region.
The Person:
- Must have a proven track record in Field Sales Management
- A lead from the front Sales Manager
- Ideally from capital equipment or product sales
- Must have a strategic approach to customers
- Comfortable in front of clients
- Strong experience of coaching and development of a field sales team

- £70k-£80k basic salary dependant on experience
