The Role
As Project Supervisor you will support the commercial team in the delivery of commercial HVAC projects, lending credibility to the sales proposition and driving quality standards in the execution of everything the company does.
Working with field-based sales teams and the internal engineering team, you will assist in delivering and engineered based solution based on demand from each individual project.
Predominantly based from their offices in the South with some client visits on site as and when required.
Providing technical and practical support to the company engineers.
Keeping daily check on labour resourcing to ensure the smooth running of jobs and maximise efficiency of labour onsite
Assist the development of new HVAC products, project managing in house boiler build programmes
The Person
Project Supervisor within the HVAC sector, possibly gained experience by being a Gas Safe Engineer or Chiller Engineer with the desire to move into management of supervision.
Good people management experience
NVQ 3 in relevant M&E Discipline (or equivalent)
Good practical and working knowledge of commercial heating/cooling systems
Gas qualification and experience

£35-40k basic salary dependant on experience
