-THE ROLE;
- As estimator, your role is to support the commercial sales function working alongside 4 colleagues in the Projects team, to secure projects by analysing drawings, bill of quantities and other project documentation on their roofing and facade solutions.
- Your core responsibilities will be to provide accurate quotations to meet your customers requirements.
- This is costings for both the projects and the installation works.
- You'll offer technical support over the phone, by email and in person if required to your customers, who tend to be either roofing contractors, main contractors or OEM partners.
- Providing an array of solutions for the roofing and panel glazing market, you'll be putting together quotations on projects such as schools, commercial offices, hospitals, sports stadia, retail and leisure applications.
- As estimator, you'll be working closely with the sales and project office team and other areas of the business. You'll be making professional telephone calls, developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations to all necessary contacts.
- As estimator you'll ensure that the company secures orders by communicating the features and benefits of the products and services to new and existing contacts and assist them in selecting those products best suited to their needs/projects.
- You'll be based at their office in Warwickshire- Monday- Friday, 8.30am- 4.30pm or 9.00am- 5pm with free onsite parking.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE;
- You will ideally have experience or an interest in the construction industry, although our client is open to looking at candidates with a growth mindset as excellent training is offered.
- You will be a good communicator both written and verbal.
- You will have strong analytical skills and the ability to think logically.
- You will have the ability to pick up technical information quickly and work under pressure and to deadlines.
- You'll be organised, methodical, helpful, empathetic and diligent.
- If you can read and understand construction drawings that'll be great, as would previous estimating experience, although this isn't essential as great training is offered.

-THE REMUNERATION;
- £26,000- £30,000 Basic dependent on experience.
- Annual bonus of 2-4% of salary.
- 23 days holiday plus 8 Bank holidays.
