The Role:
- Your role is to sell our clients world class design and build services/fit out services, this is a true start to finish strategy, design and construction process.
- A role created through growth based in London but targeting the US market, as such your hours are Monday and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 1200-Midday to 9pm
- This is a pure new business role calling on corporate end users, our clients works with some of the most recognised brands in the world.
- You will be working on prequalified leads provided by an internal research team.
- A high call rate environment where 150/200 calls daily is not unusual
- Your core role is to book appointments for the field based sales people in the USA
Other duties include:
- Market Intelligence: Deliver key insights through networking, outreach, and research, gathering industry intelligence relevant to potential US client needs and market trends.
- Relationship Building: Develop multi-discipline relationships across the market to cultivate future sales opportunities.
- Lead Management: Undertake lead source analysis and actively manage leads to optimise conversion rates.
- Client Strategy Input: Support the mapping and manage client strategies and relationships within key focus areas.
- Innovative Attraction: Utilise fresh and innovative approaches to attract target clients.
- Data-Driven Support: Support business planning through data analysis and contribute to conversion strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate across disciplines, regions (particularly North America), and within studios to identify opportunities and drive continual improvement in client engagement.
- Sales Conversion: Contribute to and deploy strategies designed to achieve a high sales conversion rate with target clients.
The Person:
- You must be happy being London office based in a new business sales role looking after the US market
- Please be aware of the working hours - Monday and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be 1200-Midday to 9pm
- Experience in a high volume calling environment
- Design and build experience is beneficial but not essential
- Must have a proven track record in Business Development and able to demonstrate this at interview

The Package:
- Basic salary depending on experience ranging from £40k-£55k
- Commission paid quarterly OTE of £70/80k
