- THE ROLE;
- As Business Development Manager, you will be looking to target Facilities Management companies and End users, selling their Building Energy Management systems (BEMS) BMS maintenance and energy services.
- Your solution reduces energy costs and improves the operational efficiency of a building.
- As Business Development Manager, you'll be covering London and the South East, developing new business relationships with key stakeholders within FM companies and end users, such as Universities, hospitals, office buildings, manufacturing plants, factories, leisure centres, sports arenas, libraries etc.
- You will typically be agreeing 3-5 year maintenance contracts, carry out site surveys, preparing bid packages and closing for the order.
- THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE;
- The successful Business Development Manager will have a proven track record of sales success in selling maintenance services in the controls, HVAC/ BMS sector in London.
- You will be new business driven, with a network of contacts with Facilities Management companies and end users.
- You will be educated to at least A level, ideally with a construction/engineering or energy efficiency related Degree.
- You will have excellent presentation skills, be a good team player, with career ambition, as our client has an exciting 5 year plan.
- THE COMPANY;
- Our client is an ambitious, highly regarded Building Management & Energy management systems specialist, with a multi-million pounds turnover.
- They are an approved installer for all of the leading BMS control manufacturers and have ambitious plans for growth.
- THE REMUNERATION;
- £40,000- £45,000+ basic salary, plus open ended bonus scheme, with achievable £30k+ in Year 1.
- BMW or Audi type company car or £4800 car allowance.
- 33 days holiday inclusive of Bank holidays.
- 3% contributory pension scheme.

- Mobile, laptop, plus all out of pocket expenses.
