-THE ROLE;
- As Business Development Manager, you'll be targeting new customers, focusing on service contracts, upgrade work and small project opportunities for their BMS and BEMS service offering.
- Covering West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, you'll be targeting Facilities Management companies and End users to secure Building Management System service contracts, upgrades and energy works.
- As BDM you will identify tender opportunities from tender receipt to order placement and increase the FM contractor and End user and public sector markets.
- This is new business focused although you will have some established accounts to develop, that you'll look to upsell and cross sell to.
-THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE;
- The successful candidate will have a track record of selling Mechanical and Electrical service contracts in the Building services sector, with good FM and End user contacts.
- BMS systems or BEMS contract experience is preferable with good knowledge of BMS & Energy legislation and BMS integration.
- You will have experience in bid management, estimating and BMS systems, be commercially aware with good attention to detail.
- You will have a demonstrable track record of sales success.
- A confident, new business led professional.
