High end office furniture - Confident networker and account developer required! Covering London.
Our client is a global office furniture manufacturer, renowned for their innovative workspace design, architectural products and their sustainable manufacturing practices. With a strong presence within UK/Europe, their clients include numerous international blue-chip clients, A&D companies and dealer/trade partners.
The Role:
- Your role is to sell the company's manufactured and designed range of high quality office furniture products.
- Field/Home based covering London inside the M25 with some Southern travel when required.
- This is a mix of new business and account development, you will be targeting Corporate End Users, Architects and Designers, Workplace and Furniture consultants and fit out companies, securing the invitation to tender and then working closely with one of your dealer partners to see the project through.
- Networking closely with Real Estate Agents, Fit Out Companies, Work Place/Furniture Consultants.
- Collaborate closely with the dealer network and internal teams to ensure seamless handovers.
- Research and target upcoming office refurbishments and new build projects.
- Your projects will be on both new build and refurbishments.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using the company's CRM system.
- Attending industry events, networking functions, tracking market trends and monitoring competitor activity.

The Person:
- Must be a confident networker, happy with a mix of new business and account development.
- Our client is keen to interview ambitious individuals that are perhaps working in the interiors sector in an internal/telesales capacity, keen to move into face to face field sales.
- You'll have internal sales or field sales experience in either office furniture, office fit out, flooring, lighting, partitioning, in essence, the interiors industry.
- Hungry for success as our client is very ambitious.
- Loves selling in London.
- Autonomous
- Ideally an understanding of the design & specification community, specifically relating to commercial furniture supply chain.
