The Role:
- Your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of specialist flat roofing solutions, single ply, structural waterproofing and reinforced bitumen membranes.
- Field/home based covering the North East, the area includes Newcastle, Durham and Middlesborough (the area goes from Darlington to the Scottish border).
- Selling into a mix of Architects, Specifiers, Main Contractors and Local Authorities.
- New business/specification focused
- Inheriting a high performing territory, no micro managing, targeted on raising specifications, this is a very autonomous role.
- Excellent database, great training support and back up.
The Person:
- Must have specification sales experience
- Construction field sales experience
- Located on patch
- Proven track record of technically focused sales success
- Can work on their own
- Sold something related to the envelope of a building
