Our client is a true market leading supplier of specialist ground working equipment, if you are a technically minded field sales professional looking for a long term career opportunity then this could be a great move for you.
-THE ROLE:
- As the Business Development Manager, your role is to sell and hire the company’s range of specialist ground working equipment, that includes such products as Props & Struts, Trench Sheets, Manhole Braces and Excavation Safety Equipment to name but a few.
- You'll be selling and hiring to Ground Workers, House Builders, Sub Contractors, Main contractors, civil engineers, concrete framers, the water industry on major construction projects, such as Sizewell, District Heating projects, Basement works, Cross Rail, Forecourt projects etc.
- As Business Development Manager you'll spend 4 days out in the field and 1 day in the branch on admin duties and booking appointments. Covering Kent, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex and South East London. Postcodes include RH, TN, BN, ME and CT.
- You'll have some Key accounts, where you'll network with the Plant Managers, Contract Managers, Directors, Site Foreman and pick up great information on site and have another strong 20+ accounts across your territory.
- You'll be supported by a very experienced Sales Manager and receive excellent technical training, product training and coaching, to help you maximise your territory's potential.

-THE REMUNERATION:
- £40-45k Basic salary (dependent on experience).
- Quarterly bonus payments giving up to circa £12k pa on top.
