-THE ROLE;
- As Area Sales Manager, you'll be working with existing customers, as well as targeting new customers, promoting your market leading, manufactured range of Building Management controls that drive improved building performance and energy efficiency.
- Targeting new project works as well as major upgrade works on commercial buildings, retail, leisure and hospitality, healthcare, factories etc, for their BMS and BEMS systems across the North West of England.
- Covering Greater Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Lancashire and West Yorkshire, selling to Mechanical and Electrical Consultants, Mechanical and Electrical contractors, Main contractors and End users to secure BMS projects, upgrades and energy works, promoting and selling the control solutions.
- In essence as ASM you will be nurturing and developing new relationships with End users, consultants and contractors via technical presentations of integrated systems and Building management products.
- You'll prepare quotations from site surveys and technical information including specifications for projects.
-THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE;
- The successful candidate will have a track record of sales success in the Building Management Systems sector, with in-depth knowledge of estimating, bid management and building controls.
- You must have existing M&E consultant, M&E contractor, main contractor and end user contacts across the North West of England.
- You must have superb communication and organisational skills and be commercially aware with good attention to detail, able to give technical support & prepare technical documentation.
- You will be able to understand panel drawings, schematics and specifications and prepare detailed estimates and prices.
- You will have a demonstrable track record of sales success and in-depth knowledge of BMS & Integration.
- A confident sales professional, great with account management and new business.
