-THE ROLE;
- As Training Manager, you will run and deliver 1 and 3 day training courses to groups of roofers/roofing contractors, so that they can become accredited installers of your products.
- The range includes waterproofing, single ply and felts, so it is vital that you understand the application of these products and can confidently train the contractor/installer.
- As well as deliver training, you will on occasions go on site to carry out inspections at local sites and to help resolve any installation issues.
- As Training and Technical applications manager, you will also work with the technical administrators to offer technical advice to specifiers, contractors and in house staff as required.
- You will assist with the production of CAD drawings and specifications.
- You will also assist with the production of relevant calculations, wind uplift, rainwater outlet, condensation risk analysis and u value calculations.
- As Training Manager, you'll also test and help develop new products and systems and maintain and keep in good order the training facility.
- On occasion, you will attend relevant industry meetings and represent the company, as well as remain up to date with industry regulations and requirements.
-THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE;
- The successful Training Manager must have had practical experience on site and have installed flat roofing, single ply, felts and waterproofing systems.
- You'll be a confident presenter, able to provide training to other people and will assist with running internal training courses at the Dorset based Head office as well as accredited single ply and waterproofing solutions to external roofers.
- You must have basic experience/skills with CAD and be able to understand, amend and create drawings.
- You will be a good team player, keen to grow with an ambitious business.

-THE REMUNERATION;
- £35,000- Circa £40,000 Basic salary (dependent on experience)
- Discretionary Xmas bonus of a few hundred pounds.
