The Role:

Employed as a trainee, initially your role will be very much as a resourcer, sourcing candidates for your colleagues and generally taking as much information in as possible, dealing with any advert responses, incoming general enquiries, searching job boards, building and adding to your Linkedin profile, basic marketing on Linkedin and being a help around the office, that will be your initial 4-6 weeks whilst settling in to the business.

Moving on from 6 weeks+ will see you becoming more engaged with candidate conversations, interviewing candidates over the phone or virtually, selling jobs to candidates, assisting with interview preparation, arranging interviews, taking client calls (no proactive client calls at this stage), very much moving in the role of a consultant, advertising roles on your Linkedin profile, learning to be more proactive in general with candidates.

Further down the line the company can offer progression into a pure client focused role or even management opportunities.

The Person:

Must have a great attitude

Access to the office in Reigate

Well spoken

Open on Education but must be grammatically confident 

Self motivated

Target driven and know where they want to go in life

Someone that wants to make a name for themselves

Can deal with/talk to all walks of life

Possibly 1+ years sales experience

Some kind of customer facing or telesales experience

Looking for a long term career

The Package:

Competitive basic salary dependant on experience.

Strong commission scheme in place for the training period and thereafter, fully uncapped.

Pension scheme 

20 days holiday (rising to 25 after 2 years service) plus your birthday off.
