-THE ROLE;
- Our client is looking for a technically strong sales professional to account manage and develop relationships with a major property management company.
- Working alongside the account manager, you'll be the go to technical expert, liaising with project managers and Directors, providing a high level of knowledge of BEMS hardware, software systems, HVAC applications and supporting infrastructure on BMS and Energy management installations, projects, maintenance and Smart building services.
- As Technical Account Manager, you will then liaise with FM contractors, Fit out contractors and End user clients that your key property management client is working with, undertaking site surveys and providing innovative solutions.
- Projects will typically cover commercial office buildings, universities, colleges, hospitals, hotel and leisure, manufacturing plants, factories etc.
- THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE;
- The successful Technical Account Manager will have a track record of technical experience within the HVAC, Building Energy management and building controls industry, with design and advanced HVAC engineering experience.
- Perhaps membership of CIBSE or BSRIA and experience of delivering energy surveys and audits.
- A strong technical appreciation of control panels and LV and ELV installations. Perhaps energy auditing such as TMOL.
- Knowledge of integration products and protocol exchange software, such as Mr Bus, Modbus, BACnet, OPC would be great.
- A good communicator and team player, as you'll be offering the technical support and back up to your colleague who is the lead contact with this client.
- You will have a good blend of technical and commercial awareness and be success driven.
- THE COMPANY;
- Our client is a well established, highly regarded BMS and Energy Management systems specialist, with ambitious growth plans.
- THE REMUNERATION;
- Basic salary of £40,000- £45,000+ dependent on experience.
- Open ended annual bonus, with an achievable £30k ontop.
-BMW/Audi type company car, or £4800 per annum car allowance.
