-THE ROLE; 

- As Sales Executive, you will be selling thousands of light and heavyside building materials, including drainage, plasterboard, bricks and blocks, aggregates, timber, sheet materials, joinery, tools and fixings, ironmongery, sealants and adhesives, decorative products, plumbing and heating, electrical, kitchens and bathrooms, sanitaryware, showers, pitched and flat roofing, insulation, landscaping, paving, decking, access equipment- in essence a complete one stop shop solution for any construction needs.

- As Sales Executive, you will be covering South West London and down the A3 corridor into North Surrey and East Berkshire, including Fulham, Chelsea, Wandsworth, Battersea, Twickenham and the surrounds. 

- You will conduct at least 6 face to face meetings per day with local builders, roofers, dryliners, property developers, housebuilders, electricians, 2nd fix installers. 

- The Sales Executive will be given a portfolio of spending accounts to maintain and develop, as well as target new business, through dormant accounts and brand new business. 

- You will receive outstanding product training, ongoing mentoring and support, joint calls with your line manager, collaboration with your colleagues, maximising your chances of success.

- THE REMUNERATION; 

-£38,000- £45,000 basic salary, dependent on experience 

- Up to 25% annual bonus potential, 15% based on your own sales and KPI performance and 10% on the regions results. With hard work and focus, our client has stressed that this is very achievable.

- Insignia or Vauxhall Astra type company car.

- Fuel card, company credit card with client entertainment budget, mobile, laptop, ipad, pension of 3% from the company and 2% from you, rising with service.

- 23 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays, rising to 25 days in year 2 and further increases with service.
