Our client is looking for an experienced new business leader to guide, manage and coach the team of 7 new business lead generators, this is a fast paced high volume environment that is not for the faint hearted.

The Role:
Working for the market leader within the corporate fit out industry, generally their clients will have 1500+ employees as a minimum, as a business the end result are beautiful and productive office working environments, projects can go in to multi-million pound contracts.
Your role is to lead, coach, develop and mentor a team of 7 high volume calling lead generators/telesales staff who work from a huge database and lead generator system.
Office based in London Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm.
This is a pure management role that requires an experienced internal sales manager who can lead by example as and when required.
Your team will make 1400 calls a day between them and our client is now looking to step that up a gear and get the most out of every call and find every opportunity out there.
The Person:
Must have experience of managing an internal sales/telesales sales team of at least 7.
A real motivator of people.
Can lead by example when required.
Previous personal experience of doing the telesales job.
High Energy!
Totally open on background as long as you have business to business internal sales/telesales management experience.
The Package:
£40-£50k basic salary
OTE - £60-£80k
20 days holiday with Xmas Shutdown and trips abroad with the business.
