Do you have good inside sales skills, happy to make new business calls as well as account manage? Do you have B2B Distribution experience? Fantastic opportunity to join an established yet ambitious specialist plastics company in West London. Offering between £25k- £27k basic salary, profit related branch bonus of potentially £ several thousand and very good benefits, including the potential to move into Field sales in time. 

THE ROLE;

  • This is an Internal sales/ telesales office based role in West London/Middlesex working alongside 3 experienced internal colleagues, a Sales office manager, branch manager and warehouse staff. 
  • As Internal Sales Executive, you'll be selling the company's range of specialist plastics and associated products, such as acrylic, display boards, pvc sheet & films, aluminium composite, wrapping films, high pressure laminates etc.​
  • These can be used for signs or point of sale, internal screens, guttering, rainscreen cladding, graphics, acrylic sheet, wrapping film, used across a multitude of markets, such as signs, displays and graphics, construction, industrial and engineering, the events industry, office and retail fit out.
  • As Inside Sales Executive, you'll be dealing with incoming enquiries/account management circa 75% of the time and 25% will be new business/out bound calling to either new customers or dormant accounts customers.
  • Your account base covers West London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex, Berkshire, Surrey and Oxfordshire.
  • You will be given between 40-70 accounts to manage and develop.
  • Orders range from under £100 to £50,000+
  • As Telesales executive, you will also be offering a fabrication service, where our client can cut and shape the plastics for the customers requirements.
  • You will be working in a fun, competitive team environment  but you will be expected to show high levels of customer service and act promptly to any client enquiry.
  • As well as making outbound and inbound calls, you will be putting quotations and estimates together and following up/closing the sale.
  • Excellent training, support and back up is offered, with a clear career path that could lead to field sales in time.
  • The role is Monday to Friday (no weekends) 9am to 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch break. You are based on an industrial estate, just 5 minutes walk from a major town with a good selection of shops and eateries. The office is spacious, with plenty of free parking and is well connected to public transport.

THE PERSON; 

  • You will have Internal sales or customer service experience, perhaps having worked in internal sales for a builders merchant, distributor of fabricator.
  • You will have a track record of success in B2B Distribution.
  • You will be ambitious and looking for a long term career, which could lead to field sales.
  • A sales led approach and confident personality. Good telephone manner, with a positive, proactive personality.
  • Good IT skills in Excel and Word, numerically sharp, able to think on your feet.
  • You must hold a valid UK drivers licence, as on occasion you may visit clients and this role could lead to field sales in time.

THE REMUNERATION; 

  • £25k- £27k basic salary, dependent on experience.
  • Annual profit related branch bonus, that could give £2k-£6k on top (uncapped)
  • 23 days holiday, 3% pension, free parking
