THE ROLE;

- As Business Development Manager, you will be home/field based covering the South West region. This is a New Business focused role, hiring out the company's range of specialist mobile chillers and mobile boilers, the target market is huge, it could be anyone from FM Companies, Heating Contractors and Schools to Manufacturing and Food Produce, to agriculture and warehousing.

- The company have been established a few years and have already experienced great success but need a strong Business Developer to help them grow further. This role is very self sufficient and requires someone very driven and focused. A networker and new business winner. You could be hiring out for a few weeks to months on end.

- This can be a responsive role but you would of had to of put in the work in the first place for the client to think of you first!

- Excellent support and back is offered with great leads provided. 

- Great long term career potential and progression.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

- As the Regional Sales Manager/Business Development Manager, you MUST be new business focused.

- You will ideally have Plant Hire or capital equipment sales experience, or perhaps sold in the Building Services, Air Con or HVAC market.

- You will have good access to the South West.

- You will be a confident communicator and self sufficient. You will be IT literate and keen to grow with the company.

- You will ideally have sold to a variety of routes to market, such as Construction, Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Food and Beverage, Agricultural, Distribution and Warehousing.

THE REMUNERATION; 

- Basic salary of £38k-£45k dependent on experience.

- Open ended commission- likely £55k+ ote in year 1

- 25 days holiday, plus Bank holidays, Company car, mobile, laptop.
