Due to growth our client is looking to grow the team in London and the South East. Up to £36K basic, bonus, car or car allowance of £450 per month, excellent training & career development.
- THE ROLE;
- As Business Development Manager you will work closely with the existing sales team and project managers, selling design led kitchen and wardrobe furniture on new build projects across London and the South East.
- Selling mid to high end brands, into regional and national house builders, property developers, architects and specifiers, on prestigious apartment and housing developments.
- As Business Development Manager, you will build relationships with established clients as well as target new business. You'll follow up on leads, discuss the project, work with the design team to come up with a proposal, pitch for the business and close for the order.
- You will attend pre-tender meetings, attend site and liaise with the project managers and installation managers and really build the brand and reputation of the business.
- THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE;
- You will have good attention to detail, be a good team player, ideally with sales experience and contacts with House Builders, Property developers and architects and specifiers.
- Our client offers excellent training and support, so would consider candidates from other backgrounds, if they can demonstrate success in their careers to date.
- You will be based in London or the Home Counties.
- Our client operates a team bonus, so no mavericks.

- THE COMPANY;

- They offer excellent training, support and backup and the role will on occasion involve taking clients to the European factory.
-THE REMUNERATION;
- Basic salary of £30k-£36,000 dependent on experience.
- Annual bonus scheme of several thousand pounds.
- Passat type company car or equivalent, or car allowance of £450 per month.
- 25 days holiday, plus Bank holidays
- Mobile, laptop, and pension scheme of 3% from employer, 5% from employee.
