Genuine first class organisation requires an outstanding field sales person to sell their manufactured range of high quality Commercial Ventilation Solutions to Mechanical and Electrical Contractors and Air conditioning contractors, covering East and South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Cambridge.

THE ROLE:

  • As Business Development Manager, your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of energy efficient Commercial Ventilation solutions, the product range is vast and includes Commercial Heat Recovery, Air Handing Units, Twin Fans, roof fans, smoke fans, MVHR and Supply and Extract Solutions.
  • The Business Development Manager will be selling 100% into M&E Contractors and A/C contractors, working in tandem with M&E consultant led colleagues.
  • Field/home based covering East and South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Cambridge. 
  • Mix of account management and business development.
  • Currently 3 days on Teams/telephone calls and 2 days face to face, when out in the field you will typically attend up to 4 meetings a day and see 2 key decision makers in each M&E contractor
  • Excellent leads provided, great database, in-depth training, support and back up.
  • As Business Development Manager, you'll be working with M&E contractors and Air Conditioning contractors on a multitude of projects, from commercial offices, schools, retail, factories, manufacturing, hospitals, hotel and leisure, car parks etc. 
  • You will account manage and develop 50-70 key M&E contractors, with all in 250-300 key contacts that'll be working on projects from a few thousand pounds, to hundreds of thousands of pounds. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • The successful Business Development Manager/ Area Sales Manager must have sold to M&E Contractors and have a track record of sales success.
  • Ideally air movement sales experience but the key is your track record of sales success with M&E contractors. Plumbing or pipework would be very relevant.
  • You will be results focussed, a good team player, looking for a long term career.
  • You will be target driven, with a dynamic personality, hunger and drive to work for on outstanding HVAC manufacturer that are constantly innovating and bringing new energy efficient and health led products to the market.

THE REMUNERATION; 

  • Basic salary of £40K- £50K dependent on experience. OTE £60K++ (Top earners achieve £100k+). Monthly and annual commission, with a commission accelerator for top achievers.
