World class organisation requires a specification led field sales person to sell their range of high quality Residential Ventilation Solutions to Mechanical and Electrical Consultants, Architects and Large Contractors, field/home based covering South and West London, Surrey and Berkshire

The Role:
- As Business Development Manager, your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of Residential Ventilation solutions, the product range is vast and includes Extract Fans, Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery Systems and Positive in-put Ventilation.
- Selling into M&E Consultants in the main but also Architects and Large Contractors.
- Field/home based covering South and West London, Surrey and Berkshire.
- 80% Specification/New Business and 20% Account Management.
- At the moment a lot of business is done virtually with meetings online.
- Excellent leads provided, great database, in-depth training, support and back up. This is an exciting Business Development Manager/Specification sales manager role.
The Person:
- The successful Business Development Manager/Specification Sales Manager, must have sold to M&E consultants
- Ideally air movement sales experience but the key is who you have sold to
- Must be located on patch
- Must be experienced with specification sales

- £40-50k basic salary, OTE £70k++
