Rapidly growing Fans and Ventilation manufacturer wants a new business led field sales professional, to cover West & North West London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, down the the M4 corridor  to Salisbury. - THE ROLE

- As the Business Development Manager, you will be selling the company's manufactured range of specialist ventilation solutions. 

- Products include MVHR, Rigid duct systems, mechanical extract and extract fans, used across the residential and light commercial new build sector.

- As the Business Development Manager, you will be covering Berkshire, North West London, West London, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire and Dorset. 

- You will be selling to 90% M&E Contractors and 10% Builders Merchants/plumbers Merchants and Electrical wholesalers.

- As the Business Development Manager, you will be 80% new business focused, building relationships with key decision makers within the M&E contractor market. Projects will vary from £40k- £500k+.

- Leads provided, with huge database to work from, with excellent training and support. 

- Projects typically include residential new build, student accommodation, high rise apartments and care homes.

- THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE;

- You must have sold a Mechanical product or service into M&E contractors.

- As Business Development Manager, you must be new business focused with strong relationship building skills.

- Ideally located on the M4 corridor, such as Reading, Slough, Uxbridge.

- Looking for a long term career. Success and reward driven, as superb earning potential.

- You will be a team player, who can perform in a fast paced environment. You'll be PC literate in Windows 360, Excel, Word and CRM.

- You will have a professional and organised approach and be a positive influencer with senior customer contacts.

- THE REMUNERATION;

- Basic salary of £40,000- £45,000 dependent on experience.

- Monthly, quarterly and annual commission, giving a realistic £15k-£20k+ in year 1

- Fully expensed company car, fuel card, 33 days holiday including statutory, mobile, laptop, 5% matched pension contribution.
